How To Make Chicken Pizza At Home

Pizza is a flatbread healthy food which is make with cheese, flour, vegetables, meats. This ingredients is healthy for our body. This popular and delicious food origin from Italy. Pizza often make in restaurant but I’m going to write the recipe of chicken pizza. From this recipe you can able to make chicken pizza at your home.

Ingredients For Dough :

  1.  1 table spoon yeast
  2. 1 table spoon sugar
  3. 1 tea spoon salt
  4. 5 cup flour
  5. 2 table spoon olive oil
  6. Water 200 ml
  7. Pizza pan

Ingredients For Pizza Topping :

  1. 2 slice  onion
  2. 1 slice red capsicum
  3. 1 slice green capsicum
  4. 1 cup dice cooked chicken
  5. 1 slice tomato
  6. 20 slice black onion
  7. 1 table spoon vinegar
  8. 1 tea spoon oregano
  9. 1 table spoon soy sauce
  10. 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
  11. 1 piece egg
  12. 1 table spoon olive oil
  13.  1/2 cup grated cheese

Preparing Method :

Dough :

In a mixing bowl take 1 table spoon yeast, 1 table spoon sugar and 1 tea spoon salt. Add 200 ml warm water with the ingredients and add 1 cup of flour with the water. Mix very well all of this ingredients until it has melted. No lumps should be appear in the mixer. Be covered the mixer with a lid and let the mixer rest for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes mixer should be grown up for dough.

In another bowl take 4 cups of flour and add the 2 table spoon of olive oil. Then add the mixer before you have prepare with yeast. Mix well flour and yeast mixer. add some warm water for good mixing. Continue mixing until the dough turn to foamed. Cover the dough for 1 hour with a lid. After 1 hour passed mix again the dough and add little bit flour.



In a pizza pan take some olive oil and apply around the pan. Take the dough for pizza base and pour the pan with dough. Make hole on the pizza base using a fork spoon. Take the pan rest for 30 minutes.

Pizza Topping :

In a bowl, take the onion, red capsicum, green capsicum and tomato slice. Add a little bit of salt and oregano on the vegetables. Add chicken and olives and mix well all of the topping ingredients. Again add soy sauce and vinegar with them and mix well. Keep the topping ingredient on the microwave oven proof bowl and keep it with high heat on the microwave oven for 3-4 minutes.

Now it’s time to prepare pizza. On the pizza dough apply over spice tomato ketchup and extend on a level. Layer with the topping ingredients on the pizza base properly. Crack an egg and apply on the around of pizza crust using a brush or spoon. Put a tea spoon olive oil over the pizza. Then bake the pizza on microwave oven at 160°C for 5-6 minutes.

Put down the pizza from microwave oven and for top keep half cup of grated cheese over the half cooked pizza and spread properly. After applying the cheese keep the pizza for the 6 minutes at 160°C on the microwave oven. Your chicken pizza is ready to enjoy with family.
