Chicken fry is the most popular dish makes with chicken. Most of the peoples like to eat crispy chicken fry as like KFC. But It’s not possible to go out anytime for eating chicken fry in KFC or another famous restaurants. From this article you will able to know how to make crispy chicken fry within 1 hour at home. - Chicken 6 piece
- 1 cup/150 gm flour
- 1 piece egg
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1/2 spoon garlic paste
- 1 spoon red pepper powder
- 1 spoon black pepper powder
- salt (use as taste)
- 1/8 table spoon testing salt/ lemon salt
- 2 spoon milk
- water 2 cup
Preparing Method :
Take a bowl and add 2 cups of water, salt and testing salt on the water. Mix the ingredients very well with water. Put the chicken on the water and marinate the chicken for 30 minutes in deep fridge.
Take another bowl for mixing the ingredients. Crack the egg on the mixing bowl, add milk, garlic paste, ginger paste and salt with the egg. Mix very well all of the ingredient with hand beater or electric beater.
In another bowl take the flower and add red pepper powder, black pepper powder and salt (use as taste). Now mix well the dry ingredients.
After 30 minutes out the chicken marinates from fridge and take the chicken from water. First of all make a layer with dry mixer then another layer with liquid mixer. Coat all of the chicken pieces. Again keep a layer with dry ingredients. Wait for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes again coat with egg mixer and then flour mixer. Repeat this process for all the chickens.
Take a non–stick pan and keep it on the stove. Pour the pan with oil. Keep it with low heat for few minutes. If the oil gets hot then put the chickens into the oil carefully. Don’t keep the chicken in high heat. Fry the both sides of chicken in medium heats for 15 minutes. If the chicken turn into brown color then it’s time to keep up the chicken on the plate.
